.1. If I don’t see what I am looking for in the Rental Central inventory, should I ask about it anyway?

2. What is the rental process?
Renting is as easy as 1, 2, 3, 4.
Step 1: Contact us
by sending us your name, email and message.
Step 2: We will contact you with regard to your request, discuss your event needs and details, and help you make rental selections.
Step 3: We will email you a rental agreement. Once it is signed and payment is arranged, we will have everything packed and waiting for you for pick-up on the agreed upon time and date.
Step 4: Return the items in the same condition at the agreed upon time and date.3. How do I find rental prices?

for prices on the desired items. Discounts will be offered for volume orders.4. When are rental payments due and how are they paid?
A deposit of 25% of the full rental price will be due by credit/debit card or check at the time of signing the rental contract. The balance of payment will be due by the same means at least 14 calendar days prior to the pre-arranged pick-up time.5. What is the rental duration?
As floral designers, we recognize the need to have the rental materials for multiple days surrounding the event. Accordingly, our standard rental term is up to 5 days. Variations for longer periods of time will be available at the daily rate for each day over 5.6. Are there any other additional rental fees?
If the rental items are returned later than the return date and time specified in the contract, a daily rental fee will apply. If rental items are returned in a condition requiring the handpicked vase
to clean them, a cleaning fee will be assessed.7. What if a rental item(s) is damaged or lost while in transport or in my possession?
Your agreement with us will stipulate a replacement fee for damaged or lost items. 8. What if I would like to change my order?
You are welcome to make a change (substitution, addition or deletion) to your order free of charge up to 14 days prior to the agreed upon pick-up date. Since all orders reserve rental items, we cannot guarantee that the same selection will be available as when you initially placed your order. No changes may be made less than 14 days before your pick-up date without forfeiting the deposit on the changed items unless special arrangements are made with the handpicked vase
.9. What if I need to cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes circumstances change. Therefore, if you cancel your contract up to 14 days before the pick-up date, you will not be charged the balance of the total rental price. However, the rental deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited. If the order is cancelled within 14 days of the pick-up date, you will be charged the full amount of the signed rental agreement.10. What if I want to rent something within two weeks of my event?
Full payment is ordinarily due 14 calendar days prior to pick-up. However, if you would like to rent items and it is closer to your event than 14 days, please call or email us. If the desired items are available, full payment will be due upon signing of the rental agreement and no refunds for changes or cancellations will be given.11. Does the handpicked vase pick-up and deliver?
At this time, we do not offer pick-up and delivery. Rental items are to be picked up and delivered by the renter at our studio in Bethesda, Maryland. You may use a fully licensed and insured third party transporter if you choose to arrange it.
